Ordering your web site hosting

Ordering web site hosting, a domain name or search engine submission from adeyhost is easy, just select what you need and and hit the buy button. Remember to fill in the domain name box because we need this to set up your account.

When you hit the buy button you will be sent to the shopping cart. Once in the shopping you can either:

Recalculate - change the quantity of the item you require but remember you can only sensibly reduce the quantity to zero as you will not want to order, for instance, 2 amounts of web site hosting for the same domain name.

Continue shopping - go back to the adeyhost main page to order other items.

Go to payments - pay for the items in your shopping cart

In the payments section you will be shown what you have ordered and what it costs. All prices are in £. For instance if you ordered AH30 Web Site Hosting for adeyhost.co.uk the order line would read:

You then need to enter your name and contact details. For web site hosting you should read and agree to our Acceptable Use Policy (you agree by clicking the small tick box).
Note: Adeyhost has a strict policy on what we will host. This policy helps the servers run effectively for the good of all our customers so everyone must adhere to it.

After you have entered your personal details hit button and you will move to the confirmation page. Here you select the method of payment .
You may pay in 2 ways:

Debit or Credit Card - Visa or Mastercard.

Cheque (payable in Pounds Stirling)

Once you have made your selection click on

Debit / Credit Card
If you selected to pay by Debit or Credit Card you will move to a secure page (make sure you see your browsers secure server icon, this may be a Lock or Key or Bar or other indicator) Enter your details and hit Continue. You will then see an order confirmation page with your order number on it. Please make a note of this number and use it in correspondence with us. We will the set up your account and e-mail you with details of it. At no time are your card details e-mailed. They are stored for download by us in a secure environment and are only viewed over a secure link. Once processed we destroy your card details.

Cheque
If you selected a cheque payment you will then see an order confirmation page with your order number on it. Please make a note of this number and use it in correspondence with us. We will the set up your account and e-mail you with details of it. We will also send you an invoice which is due payment 30 days later.

Once you have complete the payment stage you will receive an e-mail from us confirming what you have ordered.
